Business Criminal Law

Business criminal law is increasingly present in a company’s business life. The difference between misconduct and offense is tenuous and many disputes have a criminal element which outcome will often impact significantly the dispute, at least in terms of treatment pace and taking of evidences.

We assist our clients, shareholders and executives facing business criminal law within the research and denunciation of offences taking place in the company (breach of trust, fraud, forgery, etc.) or at the expense of the company (bribery, blackmail, defamation, fraud, forgery, etc.). We assist as well our clients if they are personally held liable in the framework of offenses (false balance sheets, absence of deposit account, misuse of company assets, bankruptcy, etc.)
